A provision in the residence; Pool, Room Massage (cost R$ 40.00), Sala for Breakfast (cost R$ 12.00) and Internet Coffee ( cost R$ 1.00 for 10min.).

1) The night starts at 14:00 and ends every day at h12: 00. After this time will be charged the cost of a new bed. Rates are per day regardless of time of arrival.
2) It is recommended to leave a deposit to secure the booking.
3) The current consumption is calculated separately to share apartment. 1 kW = 0.66 reais cents.
4) The daily cost is included in discount of 10% will remain so if the balance will be paid within 3 days from the date of commencement of the customer overnight.
