Apartment very ventilated at 13° plan offers: American Kitchen, Shower with Hot Water, Air Conditioning, Safe, Cable TV, Stereo, Daily Cleaning and Changing Linen 3 Times Week.
A provision in the residence; Pool, Room Massage (cost R$ 40.00), Sala for Breakfast (cost R$ 12.00) and Internet Coffee (cost R$ 1.00 for 10 min.)

1) The night starts at 14:00 and ends every day at h12: 00. After this time will be charged the cost of a new bed. Rates are per day regardless of time of arrival.
2) It is recommended to leave a deposit to secure the booking.
3) The current consumption is calculated separately to share apartment. 1 kW = 0.66 reais cents.
4) The daily cost is included in discount of 10% will remain so if the balance will be paid within 3 days from the date of commencement of the customer overnight.
5) We accept payment in cash or by bank transfer if that is at least (7) seven days before the 'beginning overnight.
6) All bookings are accepted only by e-mail.
7) Upon arrival at reception, guests must present a passport to travel and complete the form to receive the keys inside.
